Based on our long-term involvement in the European CLO market and deep understanding of underlying collateral, the London Branch, through the Private Debt Solutions team, holds a carefully selected, diverse portfolio of investments in third party European CLO managers.

The team also acts as a Junior and Co-Manager to a number of CLOs in a Joint Venture with PineBridge Investments.

Steve Dunn

Steve heads up the Private Debt Solutions team at CIC London. He was involved in the launch of the CIC Private Debt London branch and the European Large Cap Senior Debt funds. He has more than 25 years of experience in financing activities including over 15 years in acquisition finance. Before setting up PDS in 2012, he worked in the Acquisition Finance department of CIC London for 7 years. Steve is a graduate of the University of Leeds.
