Our Corporate Finance team offers banking and lending services for large multi-national groups and mid-cap corporates.
Over the past 30 years, CIC’s London Corporate team has developed an in-depth knowledge of the UK and European markets across all key industry sectors from long-standing relationships with its clients. Located in the City of London, we provide a range of lending products directly in the UK, but also offer a wide spectrum of banking services through the global network of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.
Services provided by our Head Office teams include DCM, hedging and derivative solutions and fixed income activities while we also offer local banking, cash management, leasing and factoring facilities via our European branch network. Our international branch operations in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong can provide local support to our clients with a presence in these regions, enabling us to support our clients globally.

Syndicated Lending
We are an active participant in large and mid-cap corporate syndicated facilities across most industrial sectors, are able to commit at MLA level, and take underwriting positions where appropriate.
Bilateral Lending
We provide a range of customised committed and uncommitted bilateral credit facilities, mostly Revolving Credit Facilities and Term Loans.
Bonds & Guarantees
We provide uncommitted bilateral facilities for the issue of Performance-type Bonds, Guarantees and SBLCs, offering a fast turnaround with enquiries often dealt with directly by Relationship Managers to ensure a personalised service.
Money Market Deposits
With strong counterparty ratings (S&P: A / Moody’s: Aa3 / Fitch: A+), CIC London offers secure and competitive long-term deposits.
Derivatives, Foreign Exchange & Interest Rate Swaps
We arrange a wide range of hedging and other derivative facilities. The facilities are managed in London and the trades executed via our dealing room in Paris.

Patrick Kitching
Patrick heads up the Corporate Finance team at CIC London. With over 30 years’ experience in finance, Patrick Kitching has been with CIC London Corporate Finance since 1998. Prior to this Patrick worked for Crédit Lyonnais and RBS. He is a graduate of Leicester University where he read French and Politics and has an MSc from London School of Economics.
