Our Team

Pierre Vinci is the General Manager of CIC London. Prior to joining CIC, he held various senior roles at ABN AMRO, GE Capital and Accenture, with a career spanning over 20 years. Pierre graduated with a Masters in Management from the ESCP Business School and a MSc. in Finance from the Lancaster University Management School. He has been a Non-Executive Director at the AFB (Association of Foreign Banks) since 2020.

Matt heads up the Acquisition Finance team at CIC London. With over 25 years’ experience in Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Matt Gillard has been with CIC London Acquisition Finance since 2002. Prior to this Matt worked for TD Securities and NatWest. He is a graduate of Southampton University where he read Economics.

Patrick heads up the Corporate Finance team at CIC London. With over 30 years’ experience in finance, Patrick Kitching has been with CIC London Corporate Finance since 1998. Prior to this Patrick worked for Crédit Lyonnais and RBS. He is a graduate of Leicester University where he read French and Politics and has an MSc from London School of Economics.

Krish heads up the Project Finance team at CIC London. He joined CIC in 2014 and has over 15 years’ Project Finance experience. Prior to joining CIC, Krish was a relationship manager at RBS for its Project Finance clients, having joined the bank in 2010 to help restructure its balance sheet following the 2008 bail out.

Prior to RBS, Krish was a Director in the Global Infrastructure Group at Fitch Ratings and has also worked in the pensions industry providing advisory services to public and private sector clients. Krish holds a 1st Class BSc in Actuarial Science from City University and an MSc in Actuarial Management with distinction from Cass Business School. He is an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries.

Jacob heads up the Asset Based Lending team at CIC London. He joined CIC in 2021 and has over 15 years’ experience in finance. Prior to joining CIC, Jacob spent the majority of his career at HSBC and RBS, and more latterly working for the London branch of a US debt fund. He is a graduate of Swansea University.

Laure heads the International Business Development team (CIC Aidexport) at CIC London. She is dedicated to support companies in their international expansion.
